These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online betting and gaming platform, including all related services, websites, applications, and features provided by BoomBet Australia (referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "BoomBet"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or using any part of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any applicable rules or promotions.
These terms ensure compliance with Australian federal and state gambling laws, prioritizing player protection, fair play, and responsible gambling. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our platform. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
1. Eligibility and Account
To use BoomBet services, you must be at least 18 years old, the legal minimum gambling age across all Australian states and territories. It is a criminal offense for anyone under 18 to gamble, and we strictly enforce this through mandatory identity verification.
You must be physically located in Australia and a resident of Australia or New Zealand. We do not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where our services are prohibited or restricted. By registering, you warrant that you are not a self-excluded person via the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) or any state-based exclusion scheme.
Account registration requires providing accurate personal information, including full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. As mandated by Australian regulations effective September 2024, all customers must complete Advanced Customer Identification Procedures (ACIP) before creating an account or making deposits. This includes submitting government-issued ID (e.g, driver's license, passport) and proof of address.
We use third-party verification services to confirm your identity, age, and location. False information may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to authorities. Each user is limited to one account; multiple accounts will be closed, with bets voided and balances confiscated.
2. Account Security and
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) details. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.
We are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials. We recommend using strong, unique passwords and enabling 2FA. You must log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
We monitor accounts for unusual activity, including collusion, fraud, or bonus abuse. Detected violations lead to account closure, bet cancellation, and potential legal action. All account activity is logged and reviewed for compliance with Australian anti-money laundering (AML) laws under AUSTRAC guidelines.
3. Deposits and
Deposits can be made using approved Australian methods: Visa/Mastercard debit cards, POLi, BPAY, bank transfer, PayID, or other secure options listed on our platform. Minimum deposit is AUD 10; there is no maximum limit, subject to payment provider restrictions.
All deposits appear instantly and are credited in Australian Dollars (AUD). Credit card deposits for gambling are prohibited under Australian law; we only accept debit cards or alternatives.
We reserve the right to chargeback or reverse deposits from unverified accounts or suspicious transactions. Deposits are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of technical error verified by us.

5. Betting Rules and Odds
All bets are placed in Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). Bets are binding once confirmed with a receipt number. We reserve the right to void bets due to technical errors, odds mistakes (e.g, "palpable error" where odds are clearly wrong), event cancellation, or regulatory reasons.
Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed at placement. Stake refunds occur for abandoned events unless settled per official results. Live betting odds change in real-time; the odds at confirmation apply.
We comply with the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (IGA), offering only permitted services like sports betting and racing. Prohibited interactive casino games (e.g, pokies, roulette) are not available to Australian players.
6. Bonuses and Promotions like BoomBonus, odds boosts, and racing specials are available to verified, eligible accounts. Participation requires opting in where applicable and meeting terms (e.g, minimum odds, qualifying bets).
Bonus bets have wagering requirements (e.g, 1x at minimum odds) and expiry (typically 7 days). Abuse, such as hedging or multiple accounts, voids bonuses and winnings. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions without notice.
Australian law prohibits inducements for new customers; offers are for existing players only.
7. Responsible
BoomBet promotes responsible gambling in line with national and state codes. Tools include:
- Deposit limits (daily/weekly/monthly, set/reset after 24 hours).
- Loss limits and reality checks (session timers).
- Self-exclusion (24 hours to permanent via platform or BetStop).
- Account pause and activity statements.
We monitor for problem gambling signs using AI and intervene with warnings or restrictions. National resources: Gambling Help Online (1800 858 858), state services. Self-excluded players cannot reverse until the period ends.
8. Fair Play and Prohibited: Cheating, collusion, using VPNs to bypass geo-restrictions, exploiting errors, or underage gambling. We use advanced detection software. Violations result in permanent bans, fund confiscation, and reports to authorities.
All games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited for fairness.
9. Intellectual

10. Liability
